Priyavrata Mafatlal, an industrialist and fifth generational entrepreneur, is the Vice-Chairman of Arvind Mafatlal Group. In addition, he is currently the Managing Director of Mafatlal Industries Limited, one of India’s oldest textile companies, as well as a Director at NOCIL Limited, which is India’s largest manufacturer of specialty rubber chemicals.

He is currently pursuing the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

He is also a successful angel investor and has added significant value to the start-up eco-system in India. Milan Shah, is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Company Secretary (ACS), assumes the role of Director at Vrata Tech Solutions, bringing with him a wealth of expertise cultivated over a remarkable career spanning 35 years. With a dynamic background as the Chief Financial Officer at Mafatlal Industries Limited, Milan Shah is a distinguished finance professional renowned for his versatile skills in various facets of finance, astute business strategies, and a track record of conceiving, establishing, and managing successful start-ups.

Sanjeev Tandon, a visionary leader and seasoned entrepreneur, holds the distinguished role of Director within the esteemed leadership team at Vrata Tech Solutions. With an illustrious career spanning over 30 years, he brings a wealth of operational expertise and a proven track record of successfully building and scaling businesses to new heights. Sanjiv Tandon, founder and member of Board of Directors of Elevondata, has deep operational knowledge and track record of building and scaling businesses. He has global industry experience with some of the best Fortune 500 companies in sectors like IT & BPO Operations, IP Development, Software Development & Maintenance, Product Development & Consulting and Business Development.

In his last assignment, he was working with IBM, heading strategic outsourcing operations for India / South Asia. Prior to IBM, he played leadership roles at TCS and Xansa Plc where his areas of specialization included IT transformation, customer relationship management, customer acquisition and IT strategy formulation.

Sanjiv is a certified Master Deal Maker which is IBM’s internal program and winner of IBM’s coveted Golden circle award. He holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Delhi and has pursued M.Tech from IIT Kanpur.

Dr. Vivek Pandey is an accomplished Technology Leader and Digital Transformation Specialist in the It Industry, with 28 years of experience. His entrepreneurial spirit has been critical in successfully building organizations from the ground up. Serving as CEO, CDO, and SVP, he has delievered revenue of USD 30 million while managing a workforce of over 600 employees.

Throughout his career, Dr Vivek Pandey has executed large-scale, multi-year projects on a global scale, spanning 12 different industries across countries such as India, USA, UK, Germany, Belgium, China, UAE and Thailand. He has proven track record of driving exceptional buisness growth, achieving, P&L excellence, and leading successful M&A activities, joint ventures, alliances, and turnarounds.

With extensive experience in technology, delivery operations, sales, presales, Infrastructure, HR and vendor/partner management, Dr. Vivek Pandey is well-versed in adapting to different customer cultures around the world. He has worked across various industries, including CPG, Pharma, Chemical, Textile, Automobile, Machinery Components, Discrete, Packaging, Real Estate, Logistics, BFSI and RC&O Sector. Under Dr. Vivek Pandey's leadership and expertise, the company is confidentin achieving success, driving, growth, and delivering exceptional value to its clientele globally.

Saurabh Agrawal is the Chief Strategy and Investment Officer for Mafatlal Family Office. He formulates the Investment strategy to maximize the investment returns within acceptable levels of risk through a diversified portfolio and also performs various investment activities, including portfolio review and risk management. He has been instrumental in institutionalizing the family office be designing the governance framework, investment policy and strategic asset allocation framework.

As the lead for the Mafatlal Family Office, Saurabh is also working with all the group companies of Arvind Mafatlal Group for consolidating CSR and Brand Building Initiatives.

He also has over a decade of advisory and consulting experience, with the Big4 consulting firm. He has advised MNCs on restructuring of cross- border operations, M&As, IPO planning, as well as providing strategic approach to complex issues.

Saurabh has been recognized as One of India’s Top 100 CFOs at the 11th Annual CFO100 Awards, 2021 in the Category “Winning Edge in Finance in MSME” for demonstrating outstanding financial management and contributing to the growth of the Enterprise and as India’s Young CFO in EDU-Tech Space by Transformation Forums in 2022.
