Priyavrata Mafatlal, an industrialist and fifth generational entrepreneur, is the Vice-Chairman of Arvind Mafatlal Group. In addition, he is currently the Managing Director of Mafatlal Industries Limited, one of India’s oldest textile companies, as well as a Director at NOCIL Limited, which is India’s largest manufacturer of specialty rubber chemicals.

Carrying forward a rich family legacy of business ethics and values, Priyavrata wishes to hold on to his roots while leading the group forward with his futuristic and dynamic plans. Following his graduation in marketing, he built upon his foundation in the industry through his learnings in Fashion Business and Leadership at Istituto Marangoni, London and IIM Ahmedabad respectively. He is currently pursuing the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Priyavrata is dedicated towards creating value for all stakeholders and is the driving force for charting out the long-term vision of the Group by spearheading and identifying new age growth strategies. Under his leadership, the Arvind Mafatlal Group has forayed into the Ed-Tech, Health and Hygiene and the Information Technology spaces. He is also a successful angel investor and has added significant value to the start-up eco-system in India. Priyavrata has been recently awarded as the “Family Office Personality of the Year” presented by Franklin Templeton India and “The Economic Times Inspiring CEOs 2022” by ET Edge, a part of the Times of India Group.

Dr. Vivek Pandey is an accomplished Technology Leader and Digital Transformation Specialist in the It Industry, with 28 years of experience. His entrepreneurial spirit has been critical in successfully building organizations from the ground up. Serving as CEO, CDO, and SVP, he has delievered revenue of USD 30 million while managing a workforce of over 600 employees.

Throughout his career, Dr Vivek Pandey has executed large-scale, multi-year projects on a global scale, spanning 12 different industries across countries such as India, USA, UK, Germany, Belgium, China, UAE and Thailand. He has proven track record of driving exceptional buisness growth, achieving, P&L excellence, and leading successful M&A activities, joint ventures, alliances, and turnarounds.

With extensive experience in technology, delivery operations, sales, presales, Infrastructure, HR and vendor/partner management, Dr. Vivek Pandey is well-versed in adapting to different customer cultures around the world. He has worked across various industries, including CPG, Pharma, Chemical, Textile, Automobile, Machinery Components, Discrete, Packaging, Real Estate, Logistics, BFSI and RC&O Sector. Under Dr. Vivek Pandey's leadership and expertise, the company is confidentin achieving success, driving, growth, and delivering exceptional value to its clientele globally.

Saurabh Agrawal is the Chief Strategy and Investment Officer for Mafatlal Family Office. He formulates the Investment strategy to maximize the investment returns within acceptable levels of risk through a diversified portfolio and also performs various investment activities, including portfolio review and risk management. He has been instrumental in institutionalizing the family office be designing the governance framework, investment policy and strategic asset allocation framework.

As the lead for the Mafatlal Family Office, Saurabh is also working with all the group companies of Arvind Mafatlal Group for consolidating CSR and Brand Building Initiatives.

He also has over a decade of advisory and consulting experience, with the Big4 consulting firm. He has advised MNCs on restructuring of cross- border operations, M&As, IPO planning, as well as providing strategic approach to complex issues.
